The position

The Business Controller Sales ( BSC)  will support the sales organization on behalf of the Finance department.  This is a new established position and You will have the opportunity to influence and form the content and development of the area Business controlling within sales. You will work closely with our sales teams in Europe developing and maintain processes based on business needs.

You will report to the Director Business Control (Operations & Sales) and will be a part of a large and very skilled team within Group Finance.  This position is located in Gothenburg where our HQis based. You will support our European organization.

Main Tasks & Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, identify, understand, the main business drivers impacting performance vs. forecasts to enable strategic descision making and development.
  • Drive financial insights and support the Sales organization in preparing business cases for new and existing customers
  • Proactively participate, develop and improve processes regarding internal customer reporting, forecasts for the Sales organization in general.

Education & Experience

  • We prefer You to have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar level of education
  • Documented experience from financial controlling, business controlling or similar.
  • Experienced  user of Microsoft office, with specific focus on excel modeling and analysis. (QlikView or other data programs a strong advantage).
  • For this position we  need You to be fluent in both Swedish and English.

Skills & Competencies

We  hope to find candidates with a strong analytical, communicational, structured and business oriented mindset.  Of course You need to be interested in sales processes and understand the metrics of making sustainable profitable business agreements.  You need to be solution oriented and a strategic thinker that curiously and proactivly identify opportunities to leverage data.
